Mundy L. Peale, vice-president and divisional manager of the Evansville division of Republic Aviation Corp., has been elected to the board of directors. Paul Biklen, public relations director of Kaiser Cargo, Inc., Fleetwings division, has been granted a leave of absence to join the Navy, as an ensign.
