$50.5-million Revenue Bonds Sold to Finance Miami International Expansion

Miami-Airport officials here are preparing to expand Miami International Airport to its maximum capacity, while at the same time laying plans for a massive new complex to the west of the city (see story). A $50.5-million revenue bond issue was sold July 9 to finance a variety of projects at the existing airport, in addition to the $9.5 million included for the new training facility in the Everglades.

New Helicopter Aimed at Business Market

Philadelphia-Piasecki Aircraft Corp. expects to fly a new, compound, twinengine helicopter next year and hopes to receive airworthiness certification for it from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1970. The new machine, to be designated the Model 16 H-3H, will seat 8-9 persons and will be directed at the business aircraft market.
