WASHINGTON Delta Air Lines and Singapore Airlines have signed an equity exchange and marketing agreement that broadens the reach of both airlines and complicates any Delta buyout attempt. Singapore has agreed to buy 2.5 million shares of Delta common stock at 110% of the stock’s average price last week.
