PARIS EADS is facing new problems, just as a flock of Airbus orders seemed to pick the company up. In first-half results released last week, EADS said it would take a charge of €105 million ($145 million) on the NH90 frigate/transport helicopter program, which its Eurocopter unit builds with AgustaWestland and Stork, largely because of delays in deliveries of the naval variant.
