The airline commentaries by Antoine Gelain and Richard Aboulafia (AW&ST Aug. 31-Sept. 13, pp. 12 and 13) seemed diametrically opposed. As an occasional leisure passenger, I can only hope Gelain’s vision comes about to replace the current reality described by Aboulafia.
