U. S. ARMS DOMINATE SHRINKING MARKET
WASHINGTON The U. S. continues to dominate the Third World arms market, accounting for more than half the total value of all such sales in 1992 despite a slight decline from the previous year, according to a congressional report. The value of U. S. arms transfer agreements, measured in constant 1992 dollars, decreased slightly, to $13.6 billion from nearly $14 billion in 1991.
