New Naval Catapult Launching Device

The Secretary of the Navy announces that, as the result of extensive experiments, the U. S. Navy has developed a “catapult” launching service which is soon to be tested in service. A complete unit is now ready for installation on a battleship of the fleet.

The progress made in Prague in aerial transport since its inauguration there last February is striking. Daily services of airplanes connect Prague with Paris, Strasbourg and Warsaw, while the next few months will see the city linked with Budapest, Belgrade, Bukarest, Constantinople, Dresden and Berlin.
