The F. B. A. company (the initials of which stand for Franco-British Aviation) exhibited a pusher biplane flying boat equipped with an amphibian landing gear. This machine, which is known as Model M. 1, is fitted with a 420 hp. Darracq-Coatalen (Sunbeam license) engine.

Naval Aviation

Officers and men have been trained in aerology and detailed to stations. They have been primarily engaged in furnishing weather reports for flying operations conducted from naval ships and stations. Mutual arrangements for a systematic interchange of weather reports have been made between the Navy and the Weather Bureau.
