Consolidation of Air Service Schools—The Secretary of War has under consideration the recommendations of a Board of Officers which he caused to be convened for the purpose of studying the school system of the Army, with a view to such changes and consolidation as would prevent duplication, provide economy of administration and eliminate overhead.
