Eligibility for Appointment as Flying Cadet—The Office, Chief of Air Service announces that the following are eligible for appointment as flying cadet: (1) Enlisted men of the Regular Army; (2) Civilians. Candidates must be, at time of application: (1) Unmarried male citizens of the United States: (2) Between the ages of 20 and 27 years; (3) High-school graduates, or possess the equivalent of a high-school education; (4) Of excellent character; (5) Of sound physique and in excellent health.
