Air Service troops stationed at Luke Field and Wheeler Field, Hawaii, recently participated in the annual simulated warfare program which was carried out by the entire Hawaiian Department on the Island of Oahu. According to primary orders received by the different branches of the service, enemy troops have succeeded in subduing our Navy and have conveyed transports off the coast of Oahu, writes Lieut. J. M.
