Kenworthy, published in a London newspaper, puts the British situation succinctly. Under the two-column heading, “Scandal of British Aviation,” and a sub-head, “Remove the Stranglehold Restrictions,” Lieut. Comdr. Kenworthy shows the dangers of over-regulation.

Wichita, Kan.

The Wichita Municipal Field is enjoying an unusual amount of activity. The Travel Air Company is building four more hangars in addition to two already installed. There are also three privately owned hangars on the field at the present time.
