The Air Service Corp. of Oklahoma City has been, issued its charter. H. W. Parker, P. H. Mullins, and Lee B. Bradway are incorporators of the concern, which is capitalized at $5,000. William Hammond, Curtiss pilot, is going to Portland, Me., to be field manager of the new airport being opened there as first in the East Coast chain in which the Curtiss company has an interest.
