Harry P. Kupiec, hydraulics engineer in the design engineering department of Glenn L. Martin Co., has been named chairman of the Society of Automotive Engineers’ Committee on hydraulics. He had served on this committee for a year. Kupiec also is national chairman of the Subcommittee on hydraulics of the National Aircraft Standards Committee, which works in conjunction with the Aeronautical Chamber of Commerce.
