Harold G. Hynd, (left) has been named manager of the Oklahoma City modification center of Douglas Aircraft Co., where he will have charge of all modifications on C-47 cargo transports. He was formerly assistant superintendent of the Santa Monica plant, having joined Douglas as a mechanic’s helper in 1937.
