BARUCH REPORT—Crowding news from the war fronts for attention in Washington is the Baruch report on reconversion—a report which found enthusiasm in some quarters, general acceptance in most and some criticism in still others. The initial reaction of aircraft industry executives was that they had no strong criticism to offer and that generally it appeared to be sound.
