Mattoon has resigned as director of industrial relations for Curtiss-Wright’s Airplane division to work in Washington for several months as industry member of the National Airframe Panel of the War Labor Board. On returning to Buffalo, Mattoon plans to open offices as a consultant on industrial relations problems.
