Two major airlines, Eastern and TWA, last week agreed to buy a $35million package containing 65 Martin 4-0-4 transport planes—35 for Eastern and 30 for TWA. Details on financing were meager. But arrangements reportedly were being made whereby RFC was to supply most of the capital through the Martin Co.
