A Significant Innovation

A significant innovation of great portent to the aerospace industry and the nation was made in preparation of the Fiscal 1973 federal budget. It involved the first overall survey of the advanced technology resources of this nation, how they can be applied to helping solve basic national problems and what needs to be done to preserve and foster them to stimulate future growth of the national economy.
