Montreal—Flight operations at the new $325-million Montreal International Airport at Mirabel are scheduled to begin Nov. 30 with the transfer of international flights from Dorval Airport. The opening—originally scheduled for Oct. 23—had been postponed because of incomplete electrical power mains, cargo facilities and flight kitchens (AW&ST Oct. 27, p. 23).
