Mesa, Ariz.—Army Applied Technology Laboratory has issued a request for proposals for studies of higher harmonic control system applications on present and future helicopters following successful demonstrations of the vibration reduction concept on a modified Army/Hughes Helicopters OH-6A (AW&ST Oct. 11, 1982, p. 111; Apr. 18, 1983, p. 86).
