Another Deregulation Quandary

Spreading deregulation is now lapping at the doors of Intelsat, raising more or less the same kinds of controversies that surrounded the airline process and posing similar decision dilemmas. Not that the situation is an exact parallel, for the U. S. is considering only the introduction of competition to Intelsat, not complete deregulation.
