Reduced-Signature Nozzle Tested by GE

NEW YORK General Electric is conducting ground durability tests of a lowobservable, axisymmetric engine nozzle at its Evendale, Ohio, facility. The company plans to accumulate more than 500 accelerated mission test hours on an F110-GE-129 engine/low-observable nozzle combination—including 25 in maximum afterburner—by the end of April.
