KENNEDY SPACE CENTER NASA’s new Commercial Cargo/Crew Projects Office will seek proposals from industry by about late January toward demonstration of a range of International Space Station servicing capabilities. Commercial ISS resupply and crew launch services have been discussed for some time (AW&ST Oct. 24, p. 17), The new office, however, will put the bureaucratic foundation in place to initiate that, says NASA Administrator Michael D. Griffin.
