Argentine—In order to develop the aviation branch of the Argentine Army and to provide at the same time an improved air service from the capitol to the smaller commercial centers, the Director of the Aeronautic Service has suggested the establishment of an aerial mail system by cooperation between the Ministry of War and the Direction General of Post Offices & Telegraphs, the Department of Commerce is advised by Vice Consul Houlahan, Buenos Aires.
