N. Y. World Probes Government Air Situation

Because of the lack of an aviation policy on the part of the United States and a consequent clash between the Air Service of the Army and the Bureau of Aeronautics of the Navy, it would be a difficult matter to determine just exactly how many aircraft this Nation ought to have for its defense.

Publisher’s News Letter

The permanent value of the articles published in apparently small periodicals is seldom recognized by the reader. Sometimes he wonders why some material is printed which seems a little old, judged by daily newspaper standards. It never occurs to him to remember that when he wanted to find some information regarding an event or a product that was written several years before, he naturally turned to the files of the trade paper to find it.
