The Catron-Fisk “Constance” Touring Plane
The adoption of rigid airship streamlines as a model for the fuselage of an airplane proved successful in a sportsman’s airplane built for Reginald Balmer, of Los Angeles, by Catron & Fisk, of Venice, Calif. The idea was made possible by use of a special construction developed by E. M. Fisk, and the result is a body of unusual beauty and strength.
