Institute of Aeronautical Sciences has chosen William Benjamin Bergen, chief flight test engineer of the Glenn L. Martin Co., to receive the Lawrence Sperry Award for 1943. This award, which also will be presented at the Honors Night Dinner is given annually for a notable contribution made by a young man to the advancement of aeronautics.
