Eldo Management, Financing Tightened

Paris—European Launcher Development Organization (ELDO) has agreed to British demands for a cut in Britain’s share of ELDO costs, improvement of the ELDO A booster and tighter technical and financial management. The changes, including the reduction of Britain’s share of the ELDO budget from 38.79% to 27%, were approved at an ELDO ministerial conference here July 7-8.
