Reading, Pa.—Attendance here soared to new records the second day of the 27th National Maintenance and Operations Meeting last week as new aircraft and avionics systems drew crowds of casual and not-so-casual visitors. For the first time, visiting aircraft overflowed into expanded parking areas at the north and northwest ends of the field, almost covering the available turf.
