Synopsis At approximately 1357 Bering daylight time, Aug. 30, 1975, Wien Air Alaska. Inc., Flight 99, crashed into Sevuokuk Mountain, Gambell, Alaska, while attempting to land at Gambell Airport. There were 28 passengers and four crewmembers on board.
