Canadian Cf-18s in Europe Offer Allies New Training Opportunities

CFB Baden Soellingen, West Germany— Squadron of McDonnell Douglas CF-18s in Europe is providing new training opportunities for North Atlantic Treaty Organization allies. The first squadron, Canada's 409 "Nighthawk" Sqdn., became operational here Nov. 1, and a second squadron, Canada's 439 Sqdn., is to reach full numerical strength by the end of the month.
