Cologne, West Germany—Establishment of Scandinavian Airlines System’s new cargo hub here is expected to contribute to the airline’s first cargo profits in years during the first year of the hub's operation. The new hub, which is SAS’s first major operation to be located outside Scandinavia, is to play a role in the airline’s plans to develop a Europe-wide overnight door-to-door cargo delivery system.
