Characteristics of the Aircraft Entered in the Pulitzer Trophy Race
The Pulitzer Trophy race this year has received a very large number of entries by the Army Air Service and Naval Aviation—twenty-one altogether. With the exception of the six Thomas-Morse MB3 and the VCP-R pursuit ships entered by the Army and the Curtiss Triplane entered by the Navy, every entry is a new type, specially built for this race, or a development of a previous type.
